During an Enzyme Therapy treatment, a professional enzyme mask is applied and gently sets over about 45 minutes. As it tightens, many clients feel a pulsing or warm tingling sensation as blood flow to the surface increases. When the mask comes off, the skin is often flushed and glowing. This is known as the plasmatic effect, and it usually settles within a few hours.
