You may enter many shipping addresses in your profile, but it is important for verification purposes that your name and billing address be entered exactly as maintained on your credit card account.

SALES TAX

gb-skin.com has an obligation to collect sales tax in those states in which we are licensed to do business. Sales tax is calculated using the tax rate of the state to which the product is being shipped.

 

If for any reason you believe you are exempt from paying sales tax, please contact us at hello@goldenbubbleskin.com and we will personally assist you with the processing of your order. At the time you call, please have all sales tax exemption information available.

 

Return Policy

RETURNS

Return Process — Purchases from gb-skin.com

Your satisfaction is our top priority at Golden Bubble LLC. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Golden Bubble LLC purchase or spa service, we will make it right. You may return any product for a full refund with a receipt in-store or online or exchange a product in-store without a receipt within 30 days from purchase or delivered order date. Please send the returned item in its original packaging and components.

Please include a copy of the packing invoice that accompanied the item when you received it. Please circle the item you are returning on the packing invoice and write an appropriate reason for the return.

Do not return the product to us via air shipment. Aerosol products in pressurized containers and products containing certain chemicals are restricted to ground shipping service.

We will confirm our receipt of the return via email once we have processed the return.

Within 30 days of our receipt of your returned item that is accompanied by a copy of the packing invoice, we will process a credit to the credit card, debit card or gift card that was used to purchase the item. In the case of returned gifts, you will need to note on the packing invoice copy that you need to be issued a new gift card or a check refund for the amount of the return. Please provide your address to ensure that you can receive your gift card or check. 

 

Note that shipping charges are your responsibility and will not be refunded when the return is processed unless the item was shipped to you in error, in which case we will refund those charges as well.

All returns processed after 60 days of purchase will be issued a gift card for the returned amount.

 

Exchanges are available in-store only.

 

SHIPPING

We can accept orders anytime, 24 hours a day, seven (7) days a week. Orders placed at gb-skin.com will be processed (pending credit card or debit card approval) and shipped within 1–2 business days.

 

Standard shipments for orders within the continental United States are shipped by USPS and will arrive within 4–6 business days of order placement (Monday through Friday, not including holidays).

 

Orders shipping to a P.O. Box address will be delivered by USPS arriving within 5-8 business days. We cannot express ship to a P.O. Box.

Orders to APO or FPO addresses could take up to 14 days. Orders will be delivered by USPS. We cannot express ship to APO or FPO.

 

Express shipment is currently not available. But, we do offer in-store pick up upon request and prior communication with a Golden Bubble associate. 

 

YOUR ORDER

When you provide a valid email address with your order, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been accepted and also when it has been shipped. Additionally, you will receive an email notification if there are any cancellations to your order. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you and provide a refund for that item.

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

When your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email that includes a USPS tracking number and link so you can easily track your order status. Your USPS tracking information can also be found in "MY ACCOUNT" under "Order History".

 

CHANGING OR CANCELING ORDERS

Before you place your order, you can view the contents and the total amount in your Shopping Bag. Once your order has been submitted successfully, it immediately goes to the warehouse to be fulfilled to ensure a quick delivery. As a result, we are unable to cancel or modify your order. However, you may return any item in your order for any reason within 30 days of purchase. Check our Return Policy for all the details.

You grant to Golden Bubble LLC. and its affiliates, retail partners and/or related entities and Olapic, Inc. the irrevocable right in perpetuity to use your photo(s) and/or video(s) that you submit, upload, post or otherwise provide or make available to Golden Bubble LLC. or its vendors, on or through the website, in its marketing and/or in its advertising, including your User Content that is on third party companies' websites, for example Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest and YouTube, that is associated with hashtags related to Golden Bubble LLC, including (but not limited to), for example, #gb-skin #gbinspire #goldenbubbleskin.

 

Golden Bubble LLC may use, reproduce, distribute, combine with other materials, alter and/or edit your Photos in any manner in its sole discretion, with no obligation to you whatsoever.
